Great experience!

Liked: Staff was warm & welcoming. Laundry facility is closed for remodel and accommodation was made to use facility next door. Room was large and accommodating for a family of 5.

Liked: We did not have breakfast there. Didn’t know there was breakfast?
Disliked: Construcción hammering directly above our bed in upper floor. But glad to see hotel is getting upgraded.

Poor customer service, unhappy with...

Liked: Good amenities overall and transportation available to Disneyland.
Disliked: Booking.com is VERY misleading with the booking under filtering of included breakfast. You MUST be sure the reservation has it included—the booking.com representatives were unhelpful and difficult to converse with IN ENGLISH

Liked: Friendly staff and great customer service. I love the fitness room and breakfast. Housekeeping services were great!!!
Disliked: Laundry facility and Starbucks were down for renovation.
