Anaheim Hotel

Great time, close to HOB, walking distance and clean rooms.

Liked: Clean rooms, good beds, courteous staff
Disliked: Nothing really. Not a Ritz but nice enough for me

Comfort and rest.

Liked: Yes, I liked the accommodation, it was comfortable and close to my visa to the parks.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

The staff and the location...

Liked: It is in the most prime location you could hope for relative to Disneyland. The lobby is beautiful, and the layout of the campus is great. The pool is large and in good condition. The attached pizza place is good with decent prices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The property is showing some wear. The fence on our back porch was rotten and falling apart. Our carpet was worn and wrinkled. The hedges all need trimming.

Exceptional

Liked: great location for Disney. 5 minute walk to Disney. Great selection of restaurants and fast food nearby
Disliked: The room furnishings were a bit worn out and we could hear the ceiling creaking above us. But these are small things that you can live with. otherwise good hotel

Disliked: One night we came back from Disney park at 11:30pm. We asked the woman at reception if she could open the shop for us to buy some water. The shop has a sign on it saying open all hours, just ask reception. The receptionist told us she would not open the shop, and for us to use a vending machine. We tried the vending machines but they were empty, i went back to reception to tell the receptionist this and could she please open the shop to let us buy water, again she said noPretty frustrating
