Liked: The staff was very hospitable esp. Guillermo, he was very and accomodating. The location was perfect, and it was an awesome stay I say.

Liked: Great location, easy access to all the famous landmarks in madrid
Disliked: Small sub par rooms, Didnt get room service due to flimsy signs you hang outside the door turning the other way, A.c was not great

Disliked: Rooms a bit dark (no lamps in the ceiling), switches are a bit confusing, one didn't work. No tv remote.
