Exceptional

Liked: Location was excellent. Room very comfortable. Interaction with the staff via text was smooth and clear.
Disliked: Shower was slightly wonky (was in the Jasmine Room), and difficult to get in and out of.

Lovely stay next to everything...

Liked: Really loved that there was off street parking and it was located very close to the Plaza. The room was comfortable and the back patio was a treat!
Disliked: The only feedback in this category is that the door opens right into the bed. Wished there was more space to enter the room as everything else was wonderful.

Disliked: No refrigerator. Very small room.

A wonderful 3 day experience...

Liked: Comfortable beds; beautiful historic building; clean; great staff; great location; great fire table. Manager was super helpful.
Disliked: Loved everything. It might get a little hot in the middle of summer.

Lovely property but not sound...

Disliked: Very small room and we ogot to listen to the other guest in the building when she got in at 12:30 to 2:00AM. I had to ask for quiet☹️

Lovely inn, friendly hosts but...

Liked: Very close (walking distance) to Sonoma Town Square. Restaurants and coffee shops abound. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Very helpful hosts.
Disliked: I wish I knew that it was a KCup kind of coffee place. The inn keepers are not on site. You communicate via their app or text. They were very nice and helpful but do know breakfast is a delivered pastry. It’s a nice pastry but had we known we would have forgone it and walked to the square which we did after realizing our misunderstanding. Plenty of choices in the square. One of our favorites was the Sonoma Cheese shop for coffee, sandwiches and wine. Another miss was not knowing that the temperature controls are with the inn keepers and in order to cool our room we needed them to change the temperature. For the first night we relied on fans but were a little warm and stuffy. This was fixed the second night. The main house is lovely to hang out. A tea kettle would help to have evening tea.
