Not bad but too expensive...

Liked: Location was relatively good. Clean and quiet area yet walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Shower area needs a fix in slope of 2 tiles so the water wouldn’t stand. Clean otherwise. No bad smell. Good window to open but the curtain wasn’t covering the side exactly where morning light would hit eyes. Staff very nice and helpful. Communicated promptly (only 10am-16:00)
Disliked: Black interior color and low light was not favorable to us. The long mirror would not get any light. The mattress was not a real one. Pillows were extremely beaten and uncomfortable. They gave us new one but was just a bit better. AC didn’t go below 17C.

Excellent location, very nice room...

Liked: Located in the corner of Museum quarter this Hotel provides you an excellent base if you want to visit Rijks, Van Gogh, or take a nice walk in Vondelpark and access downtown by foot in a matter of minutes. Modern pin code based building and room access helps Travelers to go around the town without need to put a big room key somewhere. Staff has been really nice and helpful, room has been always clean, AC helped to sleep well during the very hot days of my travel.
Disliked: Might be a personal preference but mattress has been to soft for me and having more than 2 coffee capsules would have been nice.

Liked: Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Morning walk in Vondelpark is almost perfect. Clean rooms and kind personnel.
Disliked: Rooms are a little small

Wonderful, cleaned room with air...

Liked: The property boasts an incredibly convenient location, close to everything you could need. Dee, the manager, was wonderful—friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. Although the hotel is only staffed for limited hours during the day, Dee more than made up for it. She was always quick to answer calls and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed.
Disliked: Initially, we were hesitant to book the hotel after learning the reception was only staffed part of the day. However, Dee, the manager, completely put our worries to rest. As mentioned earlier, her responsiveness and dedication made all the difference—ensuring we felt well taken care of at all times.
