Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: The staff at the reception was very rude. The lady that “helped” us was not at all welcoming or friendly. She was also not the most knowledgeable in terms of what appears on the hotels website. The bathroom smelled like urine all the time and the shower was not well sealed so the bathroom was always inundated.

Disliked: family room a bit small with two queen size beds and small bathroom for 4 persons was not comfortable

Liked: Location was superb. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: The cost was exorbitant for the size of rooms and amenities offered. And beware of the additional City Tax added at the end of your stay in Amsterdam!

Liked: The location is ideal. Walking distance from shops, museums , boat stations, restaurants.
Disliked: It needs a partial renovation. At least the room we stayed in. And they should pay more attention to cleaning.

Disliked: The shower inside the bath was terrible. They should take off the bath and make a shower box.

Disliked: The shower in the bathroom leaked onto the floor due to a sub-par shower door mechanism
