AVOID THIS HOTEL
Disliked: I made the mistake of booking this hotel for a week, for a family holiday. Every single day, sometimes twice a day I had to spend a long time queuing at the front desk because the door lock was broken. They didn't fix it until the second to last day. They didn't offer to change rooms, or make any effort to make this right. This is the last thing you want after getting back from a day out, you get the lift up to your room, and then get it back down and wait for 20-30mins to be seen, when a large group arrives.I also had to queue several times on top of this to ask for my room to be cleaned, as it hadn't been done when we were leaving for dinner. Each time, no effort was made by management to actually check their cleaners were cleaning rooms. They also left used glasses and coffee mugs around the room and didn't refill the coffee pods. This is an appallingly run hotel, that is extremely overpriced for the level of frustration that goes with actually staying here.

Excellent accommodation great location
Liked: Rooms were excellent. spacious, clean, good facilities
Disliked: Breakfast a little disappointing. Not a great selection. Hot food dishes were not refilled

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: The staff at the reception was very rude. The lady that “helped” us was not at all welcoming or friendly. She was also not the most knowledgeable in terms of what appears on the hotels website. The bathroom smelled like urine all the time and the shower was not well sealed so the bathroom was always inundated.
