Liked: Location was great; hotel was nice and clean
Disliked: HVAC in our room did not work; we reported it to staff who did not seem to care that it was not working; we were told that they were working on it but it wasn't fix for our entire three night stay; no effort was made to find an alternate room with HVAC that worked correctly.

Liked: Good location, provided crib for baby, breakfast included
Disliked: Old and tired looking, particularly shower. Requests made to property before arrival not fulfilled. One day they didn’t clean our room.

Poor value for money.

Liked: Incredibly nice staff and good location.
Disliked: Nothing about the hotel is 5* or justifies its price. Basic rooms, almost no amenities, empty minibar, issues with the cleaning (came back to unmade beds everyday and had to ask to have them cleaned), AC in the room did not work. Would not recommend or return to this hotel.

Disliked: From the very beginning the hotel staff tried to be cheeky. Even though I had paid extra to be able to pay for the room on arrival, the hotel tried to charge me for the first night and kept on declining my card. I told them as per my booking conditions mentioned on booking.com they were not supposed to charge me before my arrival. but the hotel staff kept on threatening me that they will cancel my booking. When we arrived at the hotel the room that they gave us was not cleaned properly. There was trash in the bin and toilet had poop and pee stains. There were no towels. We had asked for a baby cot but it was so dirty that we couldn’t let our baby sleep in that.
