Passable

Liked: the room was fine, the AC didn't work when we arrived and the receptionist came right away and fixed it.
Disliked: breakfast was low quality. the only good thing was the manager on duty told me they had veg alternatives, so I could choose something else to eat. we arrived at around 8:30 for breakfast and lots of food was gone and it took a very long time to refill or not at all. I asked for yogurt and I was told there was none left

Lovely stay not too far...

Liked: Great price for a super comfortable room. Great beds. Clean all over. Free breakfast. Dog friendly. Rear/patio entrance on ground level.
Disliked: The noise transfer from upstairs is not great. Would try to book an upper room next time.

Liked: Location was easy to find.
Disliked: They said they upgraded me to a family suite which was nice but it really didn’t suit my family as we were 3 adults and really didn’t fit in the bunk beds. I reserved a room with a queen bed and pull out couch. So it really wasn’t an upgrade, more like a downgrade.
