Heel!

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: We where unaware that there was a power outage. We get to the automatic doors, it does not open, are hands are full and staff is signalling us to open the doors by hand. Once we get to the front desk, we are told that the electricity is out but she does not tell us that the water is not working, i had to find that out after I went to the restroom and could not wash my hands. 3rd floor, no ac, no widow that opens and no running water, no included breakfast ,plus she took a 300$ security deposit on our credit card, that has not been cancelled yet.
