Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great...

Liked: staff was super friendly and they satisfied all our needs. Wifi was great. Rooms were clean. Please note if you take executive studio you wont have split beds :).
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Comfortable, calm hotel with easy...

Liked: I arrived early. At first, a young lady said that my room was not available I would need to wait; however, an older lady looked further into the computer and said there were two rooms ready and she gave me one. I truly appreciated this extra help! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is on the edge of the city, so there is a nice park and suburb nearby for walking and groceries. There is very easy access to buses and trains. The coffee machine in the room with the coffee pads made the best coffee I have had in weeks of traveling. Superb coffee and lots of pads to use! I appreciated that the TV had Eurosport!

Liked: Great location. Lovely staff on reception.
Disliked: Breakfast was very expensive and we were also overcharged on our second day - €77 on first day, €90 on second day for 3 adults and 2 children. Staff in breakfast area were not particularly helpful or friendly, apart from the chef who was lovely.

Perfect location to explore Amsterdam...

Liked: The location is great, the staff are really helpful, the rooms are very spacious.
Disliked: We were meeting family, booked two rooms and had made a request asking for rooms close by. We had no communication response on that request till the day we checked in and it was unfortunately not fulfilled.

Good location for weekend trip,...

Liked: Good location with easy train ride (1 stop) in to central Amsterdam on door step. 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms of good size. Helpful to have a kitchen to cook. Food and fridge/dishwasher. Parking beneath great (even if have to pay).
Disliked: In need of a bit of touch up in room M. One curtain in front of shelving has big stain, carpet not the cleanest. A lot of money for a 2 night stay in 2 bed apartment. Some staff a bit grumpy. Others great and friendly.

Great location and great accommodation

Liked: We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) so the 2 bed apt. was perfect and we had loads of space. It is located conveniently close to Sloterdijk train station - only 2 stops from the airport and 1 from the central station. There is a nice bakery around the corner and Spar at train station.
Disliked: No issues
