Liked: Location is perfect.
Disliked: A room was small size, wardrobe door is broken, towel rail not heated, so towels remain wet after initial use and shower holder was faulty.

Great central location but the...

Liked: Central location immediately opposite the beach, Seaworld and Brighton pier and close to the Lanes shopping area. Finding the entrance flummoxed us at first but it's around the corner on Broad Street. Good selection of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and a good launderette close by on James Street. Receptionist was pleasant, helpful and informative. The property had a lift. TV had Netflix. Good supply of tea/coffee and complimentary biscuits.
Disliked: Both property and furnishings were tired and in need of refurbishment. Our room was not particularly clean eg accumulated dirt and debris behind the door. On the second night, a Friday, there was a lot of noise from the bar next door, which didn't close until the early hours. Paid street parking only, which was a problem as spaces were in high demand and the area was difficult to navigate.
