Very disappointed we won’t be...

Liked: It was good location
Disliked: The room was very dirty and floor was dirty and the bathroom including the toilet brush! The fan didn’t work in the room. Very noisy outside the room, staff was approachable, but at night time nobody around to help,

Disliked: The room was very small and the bathroom was tatty. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten and a bit mouldy as it was a wet room. Staying for one night was ok but it would be a struggle to stay for any longer.

Cosy but basic room

Liked: Cosy single room at a good price very close to everywhere I wanted to go. A 5 minute walk from the event I was attending so very safe for me to get back after and lots of nice bars and food places nearby as it’s right in the middle of it all. The receptionist Mateus was lovely and really friendly and helpful. Makes all the difference!
Disliked: The room was quite dimly lit and with no blinds and residential apartments opposite the windows I had to have the curtains closed to get changed which meant the room was very stuffy as it was a 28°c day..The bathroom was great other than the shower head which was very limescaled. As a result washing my hair was a big mistake as it just left it dry and frizzy, the water quality in Brighton isn’t that bad!

Worst hotel ever.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Roof leaked through the ceiling during a rain storm at night, soaked the bed, hotel staff didn't give a damn and not even an apology, didnt want to know, reported to booking.com, and finally got a partial refund, the hotel is run down and shabby, nothing like the pictures, wouldn't even consider staying there again.

Liked: Room was nice beds comfortable we had the sea view room with a insane view of the water staff were always on hand would overall stay again
Disliked: Price was too high for the size room you get and the facilities
