Relaxing, peaceful stay!

Liked: Historic significance. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: I wish they had a restaurant/bar on site.

Historic Building Turned Hotel

Liked: Historic property. Museum like decor in lobby. Quiet location. Rooms nicely appointed. Easy to get to.
Disliked: Lack of ironing supplies in room. Parking is sparse & poorly laid out.

The room was pleasant, clean...

Liked: My family had a great experience, room 101 was amazing and very accessible for our daughter with special needs. The snacks, coffee, small fridge and microwave were conveniently provided.
Disliked: The bathroom air freshener was empty and one of the toilet papers was half way used from previous guess.

Amazing one of a kind...

Liked: The location is great, between Syracuse where hotels are really expensive and Albany. It truly has a castle feel and the beds were so comfortable!!! The decorations are very fun and mesmerized the kids! I loved this! You don't just get a room, you get an experience. I was here off season but I got an unbeatable deal as well!
Disliked: The floor creeks in the hall some but it is a 200 year old castle soo...
