We slept in a castle...

Liked: We loved that the hotel feels like a castle. Our room was huge- we went with the one with a King and queen bed and the living room area was quite large as well.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike, really. It was a really cool place! It was odd to be in a residential area surrounded by backyards, but who cares. It was still very nice.

It’s a repurposed armory, making...

Liked: We liked the room and bathroom, Keurig and fridge. The hotel had a quiet location and a nice common area.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included; we needed to go find a place to eat. (The nearest diner to the hotel, Stars, is a dive and we ended up at Stewart’s.)The signage on the street below the hotel is inadequate. The proper turn is not marked. Arrival is confusing also because the entrance looks like a checkpoint of some kind. Again, signage needs a makeover.

A night at the Castle

Liked: It is a very unique and eclectic place. The room was nice, and the bathroom was clean and adequate. It's a fun place for photos if you're into that.
Disliked: It was a especially warm day for April, even though the air conditioning was working in our room, it was still quite warm.

Second time there did not...

Liked: Historic beauty
Disliked: No restaurants within walking distance were open
