Comfy in Dunedin
Liked: Check-in instructions were clear, we were greeted with a friendly smile and promptly ushered to our spacious room. All the required amenities were provided, and the bed very comfortable. The guest laundry, Sky TV and onsite parking are bonus items.
Disliked: Nothing to note.

Overall a good stay although...
Liked: Excellent, very clean and spacious one bed apartment, Very quiet in a good location with easy access into town. Very warm and informative welcome from the owner. Easy to find with good parking.
Disliked: Bed and pillows quite hard and wi-fi non-existent unless you stood in the car park.

Excepting family stay
Liked: The room was well-sized for a family stay, and very well-equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location, 5 mins from a great convenience store, and also restaurants. Plus a very warm and friendly welcome from the owner/manager. Highly recommend this place.
