A great place to stay

Liked: We loved how easy it was to get to from the airport then the location to get around Sydney. The room was lovely and we enjoyed going for an evening spa and sauna

Liked: The location of this hotel was excellent. We were able to walk to lots of places on foot and there was the tram just opposite. We also had a nice view since we booked the corner room! The price was also good for a Sydney stay.
Disliked: The service wasnt great. The TV didnt work, we had to request most basic things which should be included in such a hotel (e.g. toothpaste). When housekeeping made the bed after the first night, we found someone's personal items in our bed. When asking for help with checking out, the staff kept pushing us to other members and this came across as impolite. In addition to this, we were celebrating an anniversary and this was not acknowledged at all in the room, even though we had included it in the booking and received an email stating"We look forward to surprising and delighting you during the stay to ensure you have a pleasant and a memorable experience while staying with us".
