Liked: Location was very good.
Disliked: One of the staff was very aggressive on discussions on parking fee. She did not agree on the parking fee which other staff promissed and she even told me that if I don't agree "Go park somewhere else". This is not the quality of 5 star hotel and she completely ruined our Sydney memory.

Our favourite hotel in the...

Liked: The beautiful smiles and welcoming faces of the staff, the upgrades in the lifts, the fruit and champagne upon our arrival for our 36th anniversary. The new bar “Brooksy” was such a treat!
Disliked: We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t done until after 2pm but the housekeeper was so sweet and that made up for it.
