Location very convenient

Liked: Location was definitely great.
Disliked: Bed was okay comfortable ways but pillows were not the best. I thought a coffee pod machine would have been in room as most places of this standard do. A bottle of water would have made the stay more convenient than having to go to out to get such basic need.

Liked: Location was very convenient to the private hospital (next door). Walking distance to all Vivid sites.Staff were very pleasant. Parking was available & convenient on the property although at an extra cost of $67. There was a hotel doorman & he was very helpful.

Great location, excellent customer service,...

Liked: The customer service was amazing (staff so friendly!) and the room was so clean and tidy. The room service food was delicious too, very impressed by the selection and quality of dishes.
Disliked: TVs do not support streaming services like Netflix from your device - might need an update! Most of the elevators were out of service during my stay (though looked like they were under repair). My main issue was that I paid for a deluxe king room and instead of a king bed had two singles pushed together, it was still comfortable enough but not what was expected from the room.
