Good location, staff friendly, very...

Liked: Location was great, staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Disliked: The hotel is old and very out dated. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered, the bathroom sink plug got stuck, the tv didn’t work, and the cot provided was an extremely old metal hospital cot that squeaked so loudly that my baby woke every time he moved. He ended up sleeping in the pram because he got more sleep there.

Great location .. brilliant views...

Liked: Great location with a superb view as well we’re on the 28th floor.
Disliked: We was advised with both rooms we booked that breakfast was included but in the morning they said it wasn’t.

Five stars???

Liked: Good food in club. Bathroom was big.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated. TV system needs updating. Not many channels and audio was bad.Hotel staff did not go out of their way to make us feel special.Buffet breakfast was good but you have to pay extra for barista coffee and omelettes.
