Disliked: The only thing I can fault is the fridge in the room was a little noisy, but other than that, everything was perfect

Disliked: Curtains were all mouldy in the bedroom rotted mouldy timber on the sliding doors to the outside patio and windowsills all mouldy and moist

Great stay, really great staff....

Liked: The staff were fantastic and really helpful. A huge thank you to the cafe area staff, they were great. They were really accommodating to me and my 1 year old twins. The hotel also accommodated 2 cots and allowed for late check out to fit around nap time, which we really appreciated.
Disliked: I booked a loft one bedroom apparently for our family - but didn’t realise it was a room with stairs. With 2 x 1 year olds, this was very difficult. It was also very hard to get the double pram in and out of the bedroom.

Great position and excellent facilities

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet even in buzzing Richmond. The river is very close and offers great walks in a calming green setting. The rooms are great, and the outside balconies are great for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. On the first night we met at the large bar area and had drinks and bar snacks-thought they were hardly snacks as we enjoyed well priced and delicious grazing plates. Very convenient for a variety of dietary tastes.
Disliked: The stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms in some of our bookings (we had 5 bookings for a family wedding) are perilous and hard for older people to manage with suitcases.
