Liked: The shower
Disliked: The curtains couldn't be opened because we had a kitchen in another building looking straight in only metres away. The room was showing its age. The tv had purple patches on it and sound was terrible clearly it needs replacing.Lastly they charged us for items we didn't use. The fridge so packed full of there stuff that we couldn't put our items in, so I took out some of their items put them on the bench did not use them put them back in the fridge when we left and still was charged.I have sent 2 emails regarding this with no replyExtremely angry for money grabbing tactics

Liked: Location - fantastic for all the things I wanted to do. Near to all transport options; ferry, tram, train. Walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera House, Pitt Street, Botanic Gdns, Hyde Park, Art Gallery NSW, Australian museum, State Library NSW.Lovely big room with large bathroom. Comfy bed.Able to get early check in which I really appreciated after long flight.Staff cheerful and friendly.Best salt and pepper calamari in the bar!

Disliked: The hotel was cashless. We were happy for the hotel to be a cashless facility but do not believe we should incur the credit card charge as there is no option but to pay with card.
