Exceptional

Liked: We had the room with the view of Mt Taranaki. Well worth the extra money. The room was a great size with a nice sized balcony which had a spa tub on it. The room was quiet. Loved the sheep next door as well. Staff were so friendly. Underfloor heating in bathroom was great.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Very comfortable short stay

Liked: Staff were friendly on arrival and provided guidance on activities and sights to see. Room was large and spacious for our family of 4 with 2 beds in one room and a separate bed in the main area. Bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room heating was good. Great location within walking distance to Countdown.
Disliked: Trivial things but did stop a perfect experience. 1st floor room but no balcony to sit outside. No lift to help with luggage to 1st floor, only stairs at each end of the complex. On the main road so getting out across traffic was a small issue, luckily not much traffic.
