Sub par experience, unfortunately

Liked: Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was decent. Staff was polite.
Disliked: TV did not work. Requested repair. No action was taken.Pool was shut down which was a highlight when choosing hotel. No ice available on property. All ice machines were inoperable. No chairs set up in pool area for conversing with friends. We ended up pulling 2 chairs from our 2nd room and gathered to play games in the room. Highly disappointing that there wasn't even a reduction in my room rate ( I had 2 rooms for 2 nights).

Liked: They have a text feature to have needed items delivered to the room.
Disliked: A mirror outside the bathroom

Comfortable and clean.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Quiet and beautiful location. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The breakfast offering was not inspiring. But we found a nice diner up in town. The pool wasn't open. It doesn't look like it has been open for quite a while.

Liked: it was continental. coffee and ice machine broken. we left. .our shower had no hot water until we ran sink on hot. the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was seized and noisy. I would never recommend this place. and there was nothing Amish about it. the grounds were nothing but weeds, including the flower beds. they either have no money or don't care about the visitors.
Disliked: see above I liked the bed and the small town. it was clean enough. I liked the buggy in the lobby. that was the only amish thing there. I think they should either go out of business or change the name.

Very disappointed in the way...

Liked: Nothing. Was way below expectations after seeing website. I sent you an email with the information about what was wrong.
Disliked: Yard was weeds. Front entry mat was dirty. Ice machine was out of order. Coffee machine in foyer was out of order. Lighting was not good. No hot water first morning. We told them and they said you have to run faucet and shower together for 10 minutes to get hot water. Swimming pool was not open. Was a disappointing stay. Breakfast was toast and cereal.
