Liked: Location was great and the property was clean.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was from a gift store. That was not listed on the website.

Disliked: This place was creepy empty and now we know why.We paid for breakfast and boy were we shocked to find nothing available in the breakfast room, not even hot coffee!! There was a jug of milk in the refrigerator..wow thanks. No hot food, no toast, no nothing. Oh, the front desk employee said “you can make coffee in your room”. The poor employee stated “didn’t you get your coupon to pick something out of our room with snacks?” No we were not given a coupon at check in, nor were we told there was no breakfast. The room with snacks was pop tarts, water, pop, fruit loops, fiber bars and other crap items. We paid $176.00 for this room. I would not be complaining if the room was priced correctly. An absolute rip off. We used to stay here every year so something has obviously changed. We will not be returning. Would rather sleep in the car.

Liked: The location is close to shopping and theater. The community is very nice, and the restaurants and bars are open late. Downtown area is lively considering Nappanee is a small town.
Disliked: Online it states that they offer breakfast. They give you a five-dollar coupon towards breakfast in their snack shop.

Liked: The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: This is my second stay and probably my last. The ice machine was broken. I went to get coffee at 8am and it was room temperature. I asked the girl behind the desk and she said we don’t make it this time of year. The site advertised a continental breakfast. Last year they had microwaveable sandwiches and the basic items that were now in the store for purchase with a $5 voucher.
