Our stay to celebrate a...

Liked: The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, quiet location. All the staff in reception were excellent and attentive, and they facilitated our requests for my wife's birthday. The bed was very comfortable, and having a separate toilet and bathroom was fantastic.
Disliked: Although towels were changed every day, the cleaning of the room was not good, the bed sheets were changed for the first time on the day before we were due to leave...very odd. We stayed in one of the balcony rooms (6th floor) and were surprised about the lack of cleaning. This is our only niggle, it wouldn't stop us recommending the Hotel.

Good place for a short...

Liked: Good location, easy access to everything. The room was very clean. Breakfast had a good choice of options.
Disliked: The room was rather small for a 4-star hotel. The AC the room was noisy at times.

Superb

Liked: Hotel is located very close to tram station and metro station. It is located in great and nostalgic neighborhood, so you can just take 30min walk to the city centre. The room was very clean, the stuff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was included and it is pretty good.
Disliked: We had to make a deposit when checking in as a garantie for mini bar in our room. It was 60€. They returned the cash when we checked out, but we were not informed so it could easily happen that someone doesn't have a cash with them.
