How not to run a...

Liked: We got to the room to find that the TV didn't work or the phone. The room description clearly states that the deluxe room includes bathrobes, slippers and a bowl of fruit which were absent. After a discussion we were given another room. The mini bar was empty, that wasn't a problem. The TV worked but the phone didn't and still the bathrobes, slippers and fruit were missing. I again went to reception and challenged the staff, they insisted these items were not included even when I produced the description on my phone. They then said they had made a mistake and we would have to move rooms again, I of course absolutely refused. The breakfast was poor to say the least. Breakfast was a buffet and ran from 7am until 10.30. We went for breakfast at 9am and on all 3 mornings the food was depleted. There was a sign saying omelette but every day the container was empty. I asked politely for an omelette and was told FINISHED. All in all the hotel could be very good but the staff are rude, unhelpful and very lacking, except for the young man who originally checked us in, he did his best but was met with obstacles from more senior staff.

Awesome and cozy stay!

Liked: Standard of the hotel is good. We had a triple room - beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with everything. Breakfast is excellent with lots of items to choose from. Location of the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the metro / bus stop and 7 minutes away from Wenceslas Square.
Disliked: The room was slightly small for 3 persons - a luggage rack would help to place luggage
