Convenient & comfortable

Liked: Comfortable bed. All facilities that were needed for 1 night stay
Disliked: Guests loitering in hallway

Disappointing.

Liked: Comfortable and clean
Disliked: Our tv didn’t work, neither did our microwave and the cleaners threw out my expensive retainers but refused to own up to it. Was told the manager would contact me but never did. I spend a lot of money here but will go elsewhere now.

Liked: Size of room and tea, coffee condiments
Disliked: Stairs, no lift, when traveling lite, (it's fine) but when you have lots of bags it can be a struggle

Disliked: Three plus didn't seem to be an option on the TV so we couldn't watch the motorsport we would normally watch.
