Disliked: There were cobwebs on the windows and at night spiders came out

Liked: Convenience to shopping. Good size parking for the trailer we towed.

Disliked: Nothing..everything was great.

Great rest and rehab

Staff need an attitude check...

Liked: It was close to transmission gully, and they had an after hours key collection, when arranged.
Disliked: The smell of the motel was pretty bad, including the room. The bed was super uncomfortable and felt damp, cutlery was poorly cleaned and the staff member who rang me as I was coming across on the ferry from picton was quite rude and demanded payment. I was under the impression that I paid on site when I arrived as it stated on my booking. Considering they knew I was due in late and had told me to message once I was on my way to them after getting off the ferry.
