Disliked: After hours check in. I arrived at approx 9.20 pm, the front door to reception was locked so I called the after hours number displayed numerous times with no answer. I waited onsite until 10 pm then decided to travel into Welligton city to find alternative lodging. At approx 11 pm the motel contacted me to apologize and confirmed the number to the lockbox. Finally got into the room at 11.45 pm...

Liked: Good condition and clean, and very handy to shops.
Disliked: There was no sink in the kitchen, we have to get water from the toilet sink for the kettle, embarrassed.

Short Stay review
Liked: Location is perfect and super handy to the mall across the road and motorway!Close to all restaurant's and local cafés movie theatre and heaps more. Ample parking spaces available for guests and checkin was fairly fast and easy. Staff were really nice and accommodating to our needs if we needed extras, and also left our room clean and fully stoked with toiletries coffee and tea etcFiltered water available downstairs free of charge.
Disliked: If you like a very firm mattress then this will be perfect for you. The pillows were super flat and gave little support or comfort, big disappointment on this part.Kids running through the hallway after 8.30pm and playing on the stairwell (our room was right next to this so could hear everything) guests partying in the next room made the experience that much more unpleasant.
