Liked: The location was excellent. The staff amazing, everyone was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent.The view from the upgraded room was amazing.

Liked: I was looking for a lakeside hotel in central Zurich, and this property turned out to be a fantastic choice.The initial Deluxe Room I was given was spacious but not particularly large, and it faced the back of the building. The next day, I requested an upgrade to a front-facing, larger room – and even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They offered me an absolutely stunning suite, which was worth every cent of the additional cost.The reception team was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The suite itself was magnificent – with a breathtaking view of the lake. Located on a corner, it featured a circular layout with a large sitting area and even a dining table. It was elegant, spacious, and very comfortable.The hotel offers both street-side and indoor parking options, which are available for an additional fee – still very convenient, especially in Zurich.Breakfast was satisfying and served in a pleasant, stylish dining area. Everything was well-organized and fresh.If I return to Zurich, I would absolutely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
Disliked: We expected a more refined and flavorful culinary experience. The room service meals were not particularly tasty, and the presentation felt a bit lacking. Similarly, the breakfast offerings, although adequate, could have been more flavorful and carefully prepared.For a hotel of this standard, we believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste, variety, and attention to detail in the kitchen. A more elevated dining experience would greatly enhance the overall guest satisfaction.
