Liked: Great location within 2-3 minutes walking from Luzern Main Station and Chapel Bridge; plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. We were on the 6th floor and the room was quite spacious and elegantly done up. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No dislikes

Liked: The staff was amazing, the room was clean and nicely decorated. It seems it was built or renovated quite recently, so it has a modern vibe. This hotel is highly recommended. The location is the best !
Disliked: Though the parking was actually a public one with which the hotel has a convention in place,this is a point which was a bit of a let down. The entrance and exit was very very tight, but still possible to pass even with a big car. We had a Cadillac Lyriq.

Liked: Location was very good, room was very comfortable
Disliked: There was a horrible toxic smell in our floor. There was work going on the floor. There was not a noise issue it was the smell. When we asked about changing our room to a different floor they were not very helpful and put off changing our room. We just had a one night stay and wish we had been more insistent that they change our room.

Liked: The location is wonderful.It's right outside Chapel bridge. The staff is nice.
Disliked: The cleaning staff as well as the front desk insisted on leaving the windows open after Is cleaning the room Which resulted in a lot of bugs entering the room. So we ended up just leaving the do not disturb sign on the whole to stay Because we did not want a bunch of bugs in our room.
