Superb

Liked: Great location and very handy with easy parking.
Disliked: No English speaking channels on the tv… It would be nice with one…Ah well, that’s Germany…

Very nice hotel in good...

Liked: Very nice hotel right in the heart of the Warehouse District of Hamburg. Handy for a lot of the main tourist sites, with either a short walk or a quick subway ride. It was also very quiet considering it was in quite a busy area. Handy car park attached to the hotel too with direct access to the reception area. Very good selection of foods for breakfast and a very good bar for those evening drinks with excellent attentive staff.
Disliked: Only problem I found was you get a QR code to scan which gives you all the info you need about the hotel, very handy, but when I tried to book a table at the restaurant the web page that came up had no option that I could see, to translate it into English, so I gave up and walked into the city to eat. Not a major problem but something worth thinking about.

Pretty good stay

Liked: The hotel is good, the room is clean and comfortable
Disliked: There was constant squeaking sound from AC. Very annoying. Also the AC switched on automatically and the temperature on the thermostat did reset tine to time, so we woke up in a cold room.Also, we got the room without a couch as was in photos and with a view on the street, not on the channel. So it was relatively noisy.The sauna’s one room didn’t work, only the “Finnish” one. Someone decided that it should be 93 degrees hot, which is unpleasant for most of the people. For the money paid the breakfast should be included. 27 euro for a hotel regular breakfast is too much. Nobody can eat for 27 euro, those food costs way less. So, it’s a cheap move.

Good hotel in Miniatur Wunderland...

Liked: Nice and cozy room, nice bathroom with good products, lovely staff.Possibility to make a coffee in the room before departure.
Disliked: Bad quality of the pillows, impression of too old and too washed pillow with destructured stuff inside

Wonderful view of the Speicherstadt

Businesshotel without much personality.

Liked: Good food. Parking next to the hotel.
Disliked: Over 200 EUR was charced my creditcard on arrival for security This was not payed back automatically on checkout, when the entire stay was charched (correctly). I had to call the hotel three times to get my money back. After intensive travels all over Europe this is the only hotel with a negative experienc like this.
