Disappointing

Liked: Close to SupermarktGood location for to skiing (bus nearby) and Skiroom
Disliked: 1) no dental kit nor other amenities were available. Explanation was that it is end of the season. I was told that it can be bought at the shop at gas station which works until midnight. I went there and it was closed, as regular closing time is 10:00 pm.2) nobody helped us with luggage, not even asked to step in after seeing us using their trolley3) parking was not included in the price and was charged 31 chf a day4) might be ok to overlook but adding for feedback purposes; we had fingerprints on our cutlery, and also bred crumbles all over the table, seating and floor from the previous guests at breakfast.Overall it is a clean and nice accommodation but for lack of service for the price paid and had to pay on top, would not necessarily recommend.

Liked: I think it was our one of the best experiences while travelling in general. The breakfasts were fantastic, nature was fantastic, and the view was also fantastic. We were absolutely happy. I do recommend taking the premium rooms as they are on the 3rd and 4th floors and you will have the view of the mountains - it is priceless.My husband and I will definitely come back again next time - 100%.Good job, hotel.
Disliked: I didn't really like seeing naked people in the sauna and the hammam... I understand that maybe there is a scientific explanation for why it is not good to go to the sauna with swimming suit, etc...But common.. cotton towels (at least) should be permitted.However, someone might be happy going like that :) Just a small note :)

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows, nice balcony and roomy bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of options. The wellness center was wonderful with pool large enough to swim laps and also jets for massage. Plenty of space in sauna and relaxation area. Also yoga and workout room. The only missing thing was the hot tub which was out of service.
Disliked: Prices for bar and dinner were a bit on the high side but it was peak season. Overall, great place to stay.

Liked: Very Good central location, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The Spa opens only at 11am and it gets very quickly busy in the afternoon. Particularly full at weekend.

Liked: The food, the rooms, the ski room, the nice staff.For me this is the golden Standard of what a 4 start hotel should offer.For me a great Place to stay. The migros next door is a big plus
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel is on the rear so the first timenwe entered thru the restaurant... it is not clearly indicated well the lobby (at least if you Park on the migros garage)

Overall a great place to...

Liked: Great vibe in room (decor) with comfy bed, nice balcony and spacious shower. Amenities of hotel, including wellness center and pool, were top notch.
Disliked: Nightly rate and hotel restaurant/bar prices were on the high side
