Liked: Great rooms! Very comfortable place to stay.

Nice bed abysmal staff.

Liked: I liked the bed and the room after I had to get the first room.
Disliked: I checked is an walked a long time to my room. And the lock didn't open so I had to walk back. At the time I was coping with a bad knee and and had to use a cane. I was pissed. Then the nightstand outlets didn't work. Had to move the nightstand try to figure out had to make that work. Again, I was pisssed.

A convenient place to stay...

Liked: Good location the beds were comfortable
Disliked: You had to make sure the door shut tight and look like a little mold by the shower! The hot tub didn’t work which really disappointed us! The garbage in the breakfast area was overflowing at 4 pm when we were checking things out at our arrival!!

Overall disappointing

Liked: Some parts were good, some food was greasy
Disliked: No service in the room, no clean towels, garbage cans overflowing, no cleaning staff in the hallways to assist us.

Disliked: There was no hot water for the showers. The towels were thin and a couple of them had holes. The breakfast was fine but the eggs were cold, maybe the warmer had gotten turned off.
