Definitely recommended for NYC stay!

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; clean and spacious room size for New York City (we got a deluxe 2 double bed room).
Disliked: Could use a little bit more "counter space" to put things on, like a wider bedside table with drawers.

Impressed with the environment friendly efforts and the power switch run with the key card.

Liked: Beautiful, contemporary room.
Disliked: Continental breakfast wasn't included.

Superb

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, great location and lovely room. The front desk worker was kind to let us check in early at 11am and also upgraded our room size for free. The doorman was helpful to organise transport to the airport too.
Disliked: A microwave would be helpful for reheating leftovers!

Very good

Good choice for a short...

Liked: Parking was just across the street at a discounted rate, and check-in was easy. Plus the location was less crazy for a brief Broadway show stay, and close to Central Park.
Disliked: The elevator cards didn’t work often (all guests in the elevators agreed!). Room was very small and we got a full size bed although asking for a Queen.

Great location, great staff, but...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and always present. We had a room looking towards the inside and it was very quiet - except for when we ran the air conditioning. So we couldn't hear any street noise or honking or anything at all, not once, ever... but we did have the run the fan and the AC most of the time which offset this. The location is fantastic - we felt like we were in the middle of everything and everything was very walkable.
Disliked: Our room was oddly warm. We visited in late April and the city weather was not particularly warm while we were there, but if we left the heating/cooling off, the room temperature would rise up to be 78F/25C. But running the fan was pretty loud, so we had a choice between hot or loud. We generally chose loud. When the AC would shut off there would be a loud "clunk" which tended to wake me up. I finally slept with earplugs. Also the air didn't circulate unless the curtains were open - which was fine because the interior was pretty dark more or less all the time but it was odd. The bathroom mirror in our room was cracked, the interior looked a bit dated and a bit worn. The room we were in felt small and a bit cramped.
