Definitely recommended for NYC stay!

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; clean and spacious room size for New York City (we got a deluxe 2 double bed room).
Disliked: Could use a little bit more "counter space" to put things on, like a wider bedside table with drawers.

Impressed with the environment friendly efforts and the power switch run with the key card.

Liked: Beautiful, contemporary room.
Disliked: Continental breakfast wasn't included.

Pleasant stay in a comfortable...

Liked: Friendly staff. Helpful in changing room when an issue arose. The decor is interesting with a touch of flare. Incoming phone calls were put through to the room after some slight confusion. Housekeeping was attentive. A perfectly fine location.
Disliked: The service charges are ridiculous. Service should be part of the room rate. Too many NYC hotels are adding a whack of money on for so called services. I look for ones where the service charge is either non-existent or low. The scaffolding covering the building may be necessary ,but it is ugly and the windows are not clean.

Liked: The location of this hotel was great, a couple of minutes walk from Times Square. Restaurants/bars nearby. Bathroom was a good size. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was very small for our four night stay - very little space to hang clothes.
