Disliked: I didn't like anything about our stay

Liked: We loved the big jacuzzi tub in our room. Very relaxing. It was clean and in a good location.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. It was clean. Beds were ok. It was close to home and we wanted to relax disappointed the hot tub was cold but I’m sure we will go again.
Disliked: I called ahead to make sure hot tub was working and they said yes but when we got there later that day it had no heat. At breakfast they had two cartons of outdated milk in with the in date milk. Issue with side door accepting key card.

Liked: Room was clean bed was comfortable
Disliked: Didn't like finding out at check in there was a hundred dollar deposit which was told had to be on credit card. Room is way over priced then you add that onto it. Ridiculous. Lady who checked me in not much I can say about her other than witch. Lady who checked me out was really nice and asked did you pay cash for your deposit? Cash? Was told it had to be card.. needless to say first and last stay here.

besides the hostess I knew...

Liked: the hostess were very nice but I also knew them very well.
Disliked: the sink and toilet not being backed up bigger beds and more then 1 pillow each and clean better.

Great location

Liked: Location, breakfast bar, and value saved.
Disliked: Finding old pieces of food up under areas within room from others. Only door top over latch worked. Elevator quite working on the morning leaving out, and elevator was dirty, smelling inside the whole time.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the idea of the pool inside and breakfast included.
Disliked: I didn't like waking up to cockroaches crawling on our clothes and the table with our food and other things on it.
