Disappointing

Waste of money.

Liked: The bed was kinda comfortable.
Disliked: We booked a room online that want available when we went to check in. By the time we found a new hotel to stay in they called and said they had an open Jacuzzi King room that was smoking. We said yes and it was extremely disappointing and a waste of money. When we arrived to the room we had to put batteries from one of the drawers in the TV remote then spent the next 30 minutes trying to make the TV connect and work. Then we tried to use the Jacuzzi tub that was already extremely dirty when we tried to wash it out it got clogged and my boyfriend had to make it drain with his hands that took another 30 minutes. Everytime we flushed the toilet it sounded like it was screaming and when we went to take a shower because the Jacuzzi tub was dirty the Body Wash and Conditioner was empty. We found bags of food that was not cleaned out of the drawers from the last guest. The front desk workers were extremely rude and wanted nothing to do with us. This hotel was a complete waste of money and I am just truly disappointed in the way we were treated and the room we paid for.
