Liked: I have stayed here several times and always found it comfortable, the location is excellent for the fair. Lack of elevator is an issue so I avoid the third floor.

Disliked: Meth head tweaking while working front desk . Noises all night . Broke down cars in lot . Lots of drug activity

Disliked: Smell of smoke. Customer service is zero. I was treated like not wanted in the hotel.

Liked: Location was good for our activity in the area.
Disliked: Desperately needs an upgrade. Towels were gray with stains when they were suppose to be white. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. FrontDesk person was nice but very unorganized.

This place should be condemned....

Liked: There was no breakfast. The area where breakfast was previously served was filled with trash, supplies and cleaning equipment. There was no breakfast area.
Disliked: The place was filthy, rundown and dank. The staff was slovenly, unkempt and totally unprofessional. The hallway was dark and the carpet felt damp. The linens were dingy and stained. Paint and wallboard was peeling and piled on the floor adjacent the walls. There was no trash can in the bathroom. the exterior was as bad as the interior. It was a scene straight out of a b-movie flop house but worse.
