I would not recommend this...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: 1.Pre paid with booking.com and they charged me anyway- I have paid double for the room. Still hasn’t been rectified.2.staff were fighting with each other while checking me in and one left and said they were quitting, and we did notice the other worker was very rude to her. It was really awful to watch. 3. Mgr had to be called because only a premium room was available, and they could not upgrade me, took over 55 min to get into a room, they had to upgrade me but told us we could not use the hot tub in the room because we only pd for a regular room. Very unprofessional. I have never had so many issues at a hotel before.4. Drunk people sitting outside that I think may live in the hotel.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It was dirty. We couldn’t get clean towels. We had to go buy some at Walmart. Cigarette burns in the bedding. The room smelled dirty so we bought fabreez spray. The carpet felt sticky but there was no available rooms anywhere in town.

Liked: Ease of access was nice
Disliked: I had to put a deposit down I was told I would get back and still haven't received. Also I paid for 2 nights at checkin and ended up having to leave early. I checked out prior to check out time in the morning and was not refunded my second nights payment either. And the front desk staff seemed unable to assist.

Disliked: Pool wasn't open even though it said on on website it was. Bed was hard. It's over a month & they still haven't refunded my $50 deposit.

Liked: We didn't stay because the pool or spa was not functioning and that is why we booked there.
Disliked: Surprise 100 deposit and the broken pool/spa

OK, but won't stay in...

Liked: Location and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: TV wasn't hooked to internet, there wasn't any wifi. Breakfast was coffee and juice. The smell of cigarette smoke in hallway was unbearable for someone with allergies to it.
