Cool place. Bad hotel.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The staff was all young and inexperienced. The rooms were not clean and certain things were broken upon arrival.

Decent place to stay includes...

Liked: Good location, decent pool but the water pretty cold.
Disliked: It listed free Noah Ark water park, but when we booked a room for 4, we discovered that it only included 3 tickets. We had to buy an additional ticket for $24, which was not mentioned on Booking. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, and there were still some trash left behind under the table.

Decent stay

Liked: Location was good, pool area was decent! I like that it had a pool a kid area and a hot tub! Late pool hours which I love. Offers a breakfast which we did not use. Small game/ bar area was also decent. Room was clean beds were decently comfortable. Offers water park passes to two separate parks.
Disliked: Well we arrived early for check in and girl was kinda snotty and just says check In is not until 4. Which ok we weren’t trying to get a room early we just wanted to get keys so we can just go to room Once it’s ready which most hotels offer and you get a text when room is ready. wellNot this place…. And why? Because you need to be there at 4 and after to get a sales pitch for time shares! Which I will say that lady was very sweet and kind but I don’t like being hustled to try and buy things I’mNot looking for. Complete turn off to me. Also we came early to get the bands for the water park which she did give us so no problem.

Severely overpriced for the quality...

Liked: Subpar. Worst eggs and sausage I've ever had at a hotel.
Disliked: Fitness area machines were broken. Pool was disgusting and full of bugs. Lights in the room were burnt out. At $300 a night I expected a much better showing from the hotel.
