It was decent

Liked: The spa bath was pretty nice, the bed was big and the bathroom was spacious. The pool is pretty big, and the hot tub was nice, too.
Disliked: Breakfast was gone a few days before 9 a.m., and no one made more even though the breakfast said until 10 am. The pillows were also very uncomfortable.They also locked the soap bottles to the wall. Alittle odd.

Great for the price. Might...

Liked: The property had convenient parking and great location (close to downtown, restaurants, and water parks). Building was clean and had all of the advertised amenities. Waterpark tickets were easy to request and use (and well worth the stay).
Disliked: Some other guests were arguing and making a lot of noise throughout the night (well past midnight), and there was a lot of noise besides that.The breakfast provided was scant compared to other stays and they seemed to be out of everything during our stay.

Very good

Liked: The staff is a very courteous . The facilities are fantastic. Their pool is beautiful and their hot tub as amazing jets to relax your sore muscles. The breakfast they have every morning is very good. We had a choice of eggs and sausage with potatoes and on two days we had biscuits and gravy. They also have two waffle makers and a pancake machine!! Three different juices to choose from this cereal, toast and hot coffee.
Disliked: The only thing that was a little off putting was the wyndham representative that really pushed timeshare meeting. Even after they could see that, I was just there with my grandson and i'm not gonna put him through an alleged two hour meeting. Even after badgering me at the front counter, the day I checked in. They actually called me the next morning to ask me again, once you say, no, that means no. And we've been coming here 43 years in a row now.My grandson loves the pool table and the facilities, but this year, the free water park passes to Chula Vista and Noah's Ark weren't free, which is kind of ridiculous. How do you change your one feature that draws people to your hotel. With all of the resorts in the area to choose from, this was the feature that kept us coming back.Now i'm not so sure

Liked: Wet family friendly had a good breakfast and great pool area
Disliked: I booked on booking.com and then was triple charged when I got there on my card and still have not been refunded they said they refunded it and kept charging me instead very unsatisfied

Reluctant to Provide Room Service

Liked: Breakfast and coffee were as expected. Nothing fancy, just nice to start the day. The night time receptionist was very friendly and kind.
Disliked: We have never stayed at a hotel that was so reluctant (or lazy) to provide room service. They claimed that room service wasn’t provided daily, but that we could always request it. However, when we did, the receptionist, Ren, was unhelpful and asked why we needed it. We explained that the trash was full, and she told us to just leave it outside the room. She even said, “What did I just say? I said leave the trash outside.”On the third day, unfortunately, our child wet the bed. We requested room service again, but no one came all morning. When we returned to the room to rest, we checked with the front desk to make sure they had received our request (since it was unclear if anyone would actually show up). The staff said they had many rooms to clean - even though it was a quiet weekday.About ten minutes later, the housekeeper came, but since we were resting, we asked him to return later. He didn’t look pleased. When they eventually returned, they changed the sheets on the bed where the accident happened. They didn’t even make the other bed. Not that we necessarily expected it, but after many hotel stays, this was the first time we experienced such minimal effort from housekeeping.We would not recommend this hotel - unless you want to feel like requesting room service is an inconvenience to them.
