Liked: Pleasant, tree lined location right off I-25 / but nice and quiet. Great staff and a real, full breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: It was right off the interstate easy to get off and get back on. Everything you need is close by. Very friendly staff and have a great breakfast something a little different each day.
Disliked: The room was a little hot but it wasn't bad. AC would cut off after it reached the temperature you wanted. Then the room would warm up before it would cut back on.

Nightmare experience

Disliked: Broken air conditioner, Mouse in room, manager lacey attitude, other lady attitude, had to move rooms to what wasn't as nice. Said would comp us a night for troubles, then backed out in the end. Never got any sort of compensation at all. The lady at front desk said its normal to have a mouse in the room, not even lying. They lied about everything said would do including fixing a/c. Have video proof of mouse, broken ac, broken fixtures, broken table, holes in walls and floors. Toenail clippings on ground. Absolutely horrible experience. Ended up missing part of our show which paid $2000 to deal with all this, and they made zero effort to make it right. Will be leaving an honest review, and hope to hear back to make this right. Feel like we got robbed $800

Liked: Hey, the complimentary breakfast is good.There's alot to choose from. Nice pool. Nice staff. Nice room. Good parking. Ice machine works.
Disliked: I chose it not knowing area and it was necessary to drive to get to anything except gas station. Oh-and this Very Delicious Mexican food- Alvorado's.
