Horrible wouldn't recommend

Liked: Nothing was likeable
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, fridge was warm, cigarette stains on the tub, smell in the room, pop machine ripped you off, hot tub jets didn't work properly, breakfast was a joke. Things ran out and was not refilled, staff said there was no more eggs or cereal when it was out. Hot water was luke warm, coffee was warm and was horrible. No one was rarely at the front desk. Super hot throughout the building. Not enjoyable or worth the money.

Liked: I like the location it was close to everything.The room was nice, price was good. The guy at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: Our air conditioner wasn’t working and they said they would look at it, I don’t know if they did but it still didn’t work well.Our first morning for breakfast they didn’t have anything for us to get. Everything was out and still an hour to go. The second day we did get breakfast but they had no coffee. The breakfast was ok. I think they make so much for the morning breakfast and when it’s out it’s out.I got emails asking when I will be there, please reply to a time and the day I was leaving what time are you leaving please reply and wanted me to take a picture of my ID and send it to them to speed up the check in. Which I didn’t I made a reservation check in is 3:00 I will be there, they got my information when I booked and you can see my ID when I get there.

Disliked: Terrible our fridge was broken, our room smelled like cigarettes, when we asked for pillows for the pull out couch they gave us rolled up blankets and there is no elevator. Not family friendly at all
