Convenient, quiet, clean and comfortable

Liked: It was clean and easy to check in and out
Disliked: Everything was fine. In room 225 there is a broken outlet cover, just to pass that on.

Disappointed

Liked: Was accommodating to a point.
Disliked: Got a room with a toilet that didn't work and apparently had a work order on it. The front desk staff suggested we use the public bathroom in the lobby area. When I told staff that for the two nights that we were staying I'd rather have a working toilet, then they offered a different room. The swimming pool was in decent condition but on the second night the sauna didn't work and there was a chord hanging by the hot tub. There was never enough towela in the swimming area. Breakfast was not what I had experienced at other Americinn hotels. There was not as much of a variety of hot foods, and no juices. It was not horrible just not what I expected from past experience. The entry way had an odd unpleasant smell. The website said there was a gym and no gym was seen.

Disliked: Said I could pay at property, they called and made me pay before and when I got there , there was another 100 deposit required I wasn't told about, was told it would be refunded upon check out, at check out was told it will take 4 days to be refunded

Disliked: The breakfast could have been a lot better. Hot foods were not ever full of food, mostly empty. Coffee was almost empty both mornings that we were there. Muffins and danish were dry.

Disliked: Beds were not comfortable. Couldn't use the hot tub first night. Broken glass in it. No elevator

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Nice pool & hot tub.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been a bit better. The peanut butter cups were separated & hard. Juice tasted watered down.
