Liked: Whirlpool tub was nice.
Disliked: Toilet seat hinge was broken.

Superb

Liked: The bed is too high to be easily accessible for a handicap-accessible room. The bath chait is a bit too big for the space. The shower curtain keeps getting stuck to your skin because of the chair's large size. The room size is wonderful for maneuvering around. Many thanks for that.

Staff was very friendly, food...

Liked: I liked how convenient it was to where we wanted to go. The target right next door was super nice!

Great service, horrible breakfast.

Liked: The staff at the front desk was always very helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed something they answered or got right on it. Housekeeping also got us new towels right when we needed.
Disliked: The breakfast was some of the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had.

Liked: Pool, Whirlpool were great.
Disliked: Sauna was hard to get to heat up. Coffee maker in room didn't work but there was plenty of coffee in the common area. Could use some USB ports for phone charging and electronics.

Liked: Good location and the availability of a pool, whirlpool and sauna are nice features.
Disliked: The facility is outdated. It did not have a clean appearance. The front desk clerk was unfriendly and simply not available other than when I first checked in. I heard another couple complaining that the beds seemed to be double rather than queen beds as advertised and I agree.
