We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were very nice, although the picture of it on the website made it look bigger than it was....but, still enjoyable! I was also able to check in earlier than normal, and that was nice.

Liked: Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, and staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: Drain in the bathtub didn't work very well. Anytime we showered we stood in ankle deep of water. We also had to get room key/cards replaced a couple times because they wouldn't work.

Not good

Liked: The hot tub was broke that's the only reason we stayed there
Disliked: Hot water for a hot bath but there was zero hot water

Disliked: Tyson Frozen chicken, raw in our freezer, it was covered in ice and your staff had a very hard time getting it out. We felt the fridge was not clean or sanitary to use. There was an actual fish hook stuck in the carpet in the floor. Hot tub was broken and it looked like mud was on the steps. The elevator was terrifying. We chose not to eat breakfast, even though we would have loved to, because of fear it wasn't sanitary. The only reason we didn't leave and go somewhere else was because the room was already paid for. Disliked: Hot tub was not working pool was alot smaller than appears in picture

It was clean and affordable,...

Liked: There was no maintenance person on staff to deal with my leaking toilet. I had to clean up myself with mop and towels. That didn’t make sense to me at all!
Disliked: Should be a maintenance person on staff, instead of just a front desk attendant!

Liked: The room was great! Breakfast very good as well. Nice staff. Easy check in easy check out.

Worst experience ever

Disliked: Paid for early check in and was t allowed to check in until 30 minutes part normal check in time. When I got into my room there were tamales in the fridge. There was never staff around for help. The “convenience” store on site had nothing in it. The vending machines did not work and the pool was closed. I picked this location because of the pool . I asked to speak with the manager and me never came to the hotel or called for me to address the issue. Plus I was double charged for my room

Disliked: Having a boys baseball team run up and down your hallway screaming at 10-11pm and the owner/management didn’t do anything to resolve it. It happened both nights we were there and hotel owner said it wasn’t his responsibility, it was up to the coach and parents to handle. Obviously they weren’t handling it when it continued on for well over an hour. The parents were too busy sitting in the lounge drinking and letting the kids run amuck.
