Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Eggs and sausage were cold. I asked staff for more coffee 2x and 3x I went to get some it was still empty. Should have had sausage patties to make like an egg sandwich. No shampoo/bodywash in the shower. Kind of late to ask for it when you are showering and visited alone.

Liked: The pool was closed when we got there we drove 4 hours from St. Cloud and no one notified us that was the main reason we booked there so we cancelled reservations and went to a different hotel , still waiting on a refund from over a month later , it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone

Disliked: AC/Heater had to be turned off as it would only cool. The room was cold and could not warm it up.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and a good shower! Everything seemed clean as well.
Disliked: The breakfast kind of lacked. OJ was out and I couldn't get Apple juice either. There was one muffin, usually you have biscuits and gravy I thought.
