Good
Liked: We liked that there was a Jacuzzi in the room and the location of the hotel. The front desk guy was very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard and when we went to turn the Jacuzzi off, the button broke and went into the Jacuzzi so we only got to use the jets for a short time. The Jacuzzi was quite dirty as well. We had to clean it before getting in.

Pleasantly surprised
Liked: Clean, very nice for older facility Front desk was very helpful Housekeeping did excellent
Disliked: HVAC units could be upgraded Breakfast counter was bit crowdedA person making toast blocked the hot food area. The waffle maker was also next to hot food making it a very congested area. Moving toaster and waffle maker away from hot food warmers would help.

Disappointing
Disliked: Traveled from a long trip checked in at 9:30 and asked if I could have a late check out because we’ve been driving for days and they said yes and told me 12. Next day housekeeping was telling me it’s past check out time at 11 so I left them know the night person said it was okay for the late check out and the day person told me no. The Night check in person was hospitable.
