Excellent staff, very clean, great...

Liked: The staff were so friendly, they truly took pride in their work. The room was very clean...and I check EVERYWHERE!!! The breakfast had plenty of choices and they offered snacks in the lobby.
Disliked: The hot tub has been filled in so that was a bummer and the pool was cold, however this did not stop a persistent 6 year old from living their best life with a whole pool to themselves!

Liked: The room was nice, it was clean. The actual working employees THE MAIDS, were awesome
Disliked: The front desk area and the front desk employees were weird, unfortunately pretty much not present. I could have checked in with a kiosk with more joy. The false advertising I saw on the website, hot tub, bar they didn’t have either. No real lobby.Major let down will not stay at a Americinn every again

Like being home, only friendlier...

Liked: The location was better than I had hoped for. The room was clean, the beds almost too comfortable, the breakfast was superior (!), and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will 100% stay here again. The pool was big and heated enough to swim comfortably. There was no hot tub though, which would have been wonderful after a 5 1/2 hour drive, but I will still return here. It was a very good experience!

Very disappointing

Liked: The location was in a good centralize place.
Disliked: The pictures online showed a hot tub and advertised a spa. When we checked in we were told the hot tub had been filled with concrete and the employee working was very rude about it. That is the main reason we booked this hotel and had over 20 guests with us. It was a huge letdown. Also the breakfast was constantly empty with many of the guests standing and waiting for the food to be refilled.

Liked: We were on 1st floor right by main road very noisy lots of sirens, refrigerator made lots of noise all night, plumbing made lots of noise all night, toilet very low and no railing if you needed help getting up

Liked: Great location, clean room, cool pool and cute lobby, wide varirty of breakfast items, awesome tea time, helpful and kind staff

Disliked: The location is a little bit hard to get to and the TV kept having problems
