Liked: Location right by the freeway.
Disliked: I went to check in at 3 pm. The girl was on the phone for 10 minutes looking at me but not acknowledging me.I started to check in online. The clerk should have put the person on hold, checked me in and finished the phone call.

Disliked: Dated, noise in hallway

Disliked: Room was a bit dinghy but clean. Could hear people next door & above walking around. Breakfast food was cold, but they did try to fix that.

Liked: Good location in Rexburg. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean,
Disliked: I was given a room that had not been cleaned and when I talked to the young woman at the desk, she didn’t know what to do until it was suggested that I be given another room. There was not a manager on site (she was out for a couple of months for maternity leave and was not available). There was no other manager available. I felt sorry for the young woman because she truly didn’t know what to do. I felt like it was a poorly run operation. I mentioned that they should have a system to know which rooms had been cleaned and which were ready and the young lady did not know how to do that. . . .
