If we make it back...

Liked: The room was great and spacious with a comfortable bed. We also liked the walk in shower.
Disliked: It would have been helpful if there was a second elevator at the other end of the building.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, so was the sofa. The room size was great!

Disappointed in room & other...

Liked: Staff was friendly and pool was fun for families.
Disliked: We did not have hot water from Friday evening through Sunday when checking out. I kindly reported this Saturday morning when we had tried at different times to shower. Told staff we would be out of the room all day Saturday and to please try to fix while out, also only a couple towels in room, asked for more. Got back late evening Saturday, at pool, asked for more towels to go back to shower (none delivered to room). The shower was still freezing cold, staff suggested trying again in morning said hotel was down one hot water heater and with full capacity, nothing could be done. Too late in night to get a different hotel. Next morning, same situation, cold water and was given $41 off of stay.
