Quick, comfy stay
Liked: Breakfast was good, no complaints
Disliked: floors were dirty in main lobby

Disliked: lacking many regular breafast items--one simple item being no spoons so couldn't have oatmeal or cereal; room on street side so noisy

It is a very nice...
Liked: It was quiet, pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! All of the luggage carts were being used and staff offered to help us carry our luggage to the room. night staff apologized for no carts being available. When we went to check out the morning staff apologized also for no luggage carts being available. Apparently other occupants had the carts in their rooms and did not return them to the main level. It was also much appreciated that the refrigerator/freezer was working when we arrived as we had ice packs to keep frozen. We did not partake in breakfast, other than to milk/juice, but they did have a nice selection.
Disliked: The toilet paper holders did not latch, so rolls fell off of them, this is easy enough to fix and front desk was notified at checkout. I prefer to have a soap dispenser at the bathroom sink instead of on the shower wall for just washing hands, but it is doable. The phone was not plugged in when we arrived, but we were able to get that resolved on our own. No major issues and all easily resolved.

Bad night
Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Staff was under trained. Called my room at 1030 and 1115 pm for problems that should have been taken care of in the morning. Also did not block my room as occupied. A guest entered my room at 1145 pm. Needless to say I won't be booking at that hotel again.

Stressful
Disliked: Messed up my room at check in 2 times. Walked into one room with a guy showering and then the sencond a family sleeping. Then being constantly locked out of my room anytime I’d walk out and my room key would stop working
