I felt welcomed and customer service was very friendly. Have recommended it to my friends and family.

Liked: Customer service.
Disliked: The suite was smaller than I thought.

Spend more(or less) somewhere else.

Liked: Spacious room. Pretty decent price for accommodations.
Disliked: Didn’t eat the breakfast-was turned off when I saw the staff pull the sausage links out of the microwave and bring them out to the warmer. Not a big selection either-scrambled eggs, of course waffles. Bed was very hard. Pillows sucked.

Liked: Everything! It was so clean and comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and an above average breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Liked: Big room, free breakfast, pool, and hot tub were nice. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Some of the towels and sheets were stained.

Liked: Breakfasts were awesome. Rooms were nice. Beds could be a little more comfy.
Disliked: Some of the staff were cranky. Also was charged twice on my credit card, didn't appreciate that since we went through booking.com. Had to go and ask them to remove that and not sure why it happened, since we never had that happen before while staying there, I do not think we will stay here again.
