Liked: The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful
Disliked: The people who live on the floor we were on were arguing all night. They were not overnight guests, they live there and were fighting in their room. I didn't call the front desk due to retaliation from the tenants or staff.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was pathetic. No drinking cups in the room. Not very clean. We've stayed in lots of budget hotels and this was substandard to them.

Not a very pleasant to...

Disliked: Room smelled so bad we had them move to a different room. Pet spots all over the carpet. Someone put fresheners all over the room to disguise the cigarette smell; the butts were on the patio along with dog poop.

Liked: One lady on the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It’s falling apart. Ceiling tiles missing, toilet paper holders broke, stains on everything from towels to bedding. The hot breakfast was not a hot breakfast the picture showed a container they put eggs or biscuits in and they did not have that let alone a working juice machine.

Liked: The staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: It was not very clean.. The pool was small. The kids wanted to swim and they got to swim for an hour before pool closed. They told us it would be open the next morning, but it was not. They said they had just done the chlorine, and we had to wait two hours, which would have been checkout time. I thought they could have done the chlorine at night after they closed the pool. The breakfast it was not very big. There was no yogurt or any kind of meat or eggs or fruit. Just waffles, cereal, toast and bagels, one juice which was orange juice.When I go to a continental breakfast, I like to have some fruit and yogurt and oatmeal, which they did not have that either.
