I should've read the reviews before booking. Normally I do, however this time I was so excited that they were going to feed me breakfast I forgot to check everything else and then I didn't even get my breakfast.

Liked: Beds were good and comfortable. No bed bugs.
Disliked: Overfilling trash containers out front. Poor front desk help at check in. No breakfast; no ice; coffee maker didn't have a basket. Smelled of urine in the hall. TV didn't work. Door didn't shut completely on it's own. Poor lighting.

Everything else was nice.

Liked: Overall not bad.
Disliked: Sink would not drain and shower had barely any water coming out.

Liked: Rooms were very nice.

Exceptional

Liked: Very nice staff and nice rooms

Liked: Convenient location right by the zoo
Disliked: Placed looked like it was under construction, dirty, lights broken, bathroom had a missing light fixture, kids toys everywhere, piping sticking out of the wall. I have pictures of this stuff. When I went to check in a stood at the desk for like 7 or 8 mins before anyone showed up. The wall plate for our room door wasn't even screwed in, like at all.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Trash, mattresses, construction, name of the hotel was different, when I called to ask questions they hung up on me. It looked unsafe; we did not end up staying there and had to book another hotel.

Liked: Nothing, worst dive ever been in
Disliked: Rat hole, no towels, TV, pillows, phone , coffee, dirty floors and curtains. Front desk ignored requests for basic items should been in room

Liked: Location and free wifi
Disliked: Under construction. No rooms on the 1st floor. Elevator doesn't work. Pools is not open, tvs in room No cable or satellite just static. Black mold in bathroom. Free breakfast was terrible hard as a rock bisctus or a waffle no other choice.

Liked: The location was the overall positive thing about this hotel. Secondly, the vending machine selection was plentiful and their prices were cheaper than any store. Also enjoyed the 10 slots gambling machines they have.
Disliked: TV in room did not work. The room looked like it was rearranged by the previous tenants and wasn't put back by cleaning staff. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better. The hallways look like they get cleaned maybe once a month.
